We have Building Societies and specialist Buy to Let lenders who would allow you to run a buy to let mortgage until age 90 and beyond with no minimum income requirements (the maximum loan available would be based on the rental income that the property would produce).
 
These mortgages can be taken out on either an interest only or capital repayment basis.
BUY TO LET RE-MORTGAGES
